‘Subcategory (Detailed Category)’ Feature First Update 🌈

Hello there~! 😆 The much-requested feature to categorize income and expenses in more detail (Subcategory) has been added 🙌

Until now, there was only a “Main Category,” so users who wanted to break things down more precisely must have found it quite inconvenient. I expect this update will completely resolve that inconvenience 👍

I’m also excited to start organizing my income and expenses with both main categories and subcategories, so I can keep my Money Keeper records more structured than before! 💖

These days, I’ve been studying accounting and reading through your feedback multiple times to design the Money Keeper app better. While doing so, I’ll also prepare and share resources like a “Category Guide” that might be helpful for you 📚

📌 How to Add a Subcategory

You can add and edit subcategories by going to the “Category” selection screen while registering income or expenses, then entering the “Edit” screen for each category. Membership users can create unlimited subcategories for each main category, while general users can create up to three subcategories per main category 🙏

📌 Advance Notice for the Second Update

We are planning an additional update so that you can analyze your income and expense records in “Monthly Summary” using the newly added subcategories 😄
