Scheduler · iPhone Calendar App

Hello there! 😎 The “Weekly View” feature that was released for the iPhone Scheduler app this Wednesday is now also available on the iPad and Mac Scheduler apps 🙌

As I added the “Weekly View” feature, I tried using it for the first time myself—and I was pleasantly surprised by how much more useful it turned out to be 🫢 I now use the “Monthly View” to get an overview of my schedule, and the “Weekly View” to check my daily tasks and plans. It really has made managing my schedule and to-dos much more convenient. Thanks to the great feedback from users, I’m happy to be able to use such a helpful feature myself. Thank you so much 🙏

Although it hasn’t been long since the “Weekly View” feature was released, many users have already shared valuable feedback to help improve it, and I’ll continue refining it based on that input 👍

When you switch to 'Weekly View,' you can swipe left or right to navigate by day, tap a date to jump to that specific day, and use the left/right buttons at the bottom to move to the previous or next week.

Here are 6 additional recent updates alongside the new “Weekly View” feature:

📌 Added swipe gesture to easily switch between weeks in the “Weekly View” screen
📌 Optimized the “Weekly View” screen for iPad Split View
📌 Added setting for “URL Buttons to Show”

—> When you add a schedule or reminder in the Scheduler app and input a URL, or if a URL is included in a “Notes,” the app automatically extracts it and provides a direct link button 🔗 If you link services like Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, the schedule might include too many URLs, making the list unnecessarily long. This new setting lets you limit the number of URL buttons displayed to either 1 or 3.

You can find this setting by tapping the “three dots” button at the top of the home screen and scrolling down in the “Settings” screen ⚙️

📌 Updated the “three dots” menu icon to a circle with three dots inside for better visual consistency with other icons
📌 Adjusted the size of top icon buttons and the “Year and Month” text for improved visual balance in the top area
📌 Visually separated the “Month and Week Navigation” buttons from other icon buttons in the iPad and Mac Scheduler apps for better visual clarity

Thank you to everyone using the Scheduler app to manage your schedule 🙏

If you ever need my help or have any suggestions, feel free to send them through the in-app “Send Feedback” feature—I’ll be sure to respond and assist you 📨

Please take good care of your health 💪
Wishing you a happy and bright day! 🌈✨
