Widget background color enhancement and setting feature update 🌷

Scheduler · Only What You Need

Scheduler · iPhone Calendar App

Hello 😊

I’m living each day with vigor, thanks to your encouraging support and valuable feedback. These days, I’m feeling incredibly grateful as users like you appreciate the ‘good app’ I wanted to create 😆

It’s truly fulfilling to collaborate with you all, brainstorming and building the app together. Thanks to your input, I’ve realized how wonderful it is to evolve the app together with you. I’ll continue striving to make our scheduling app even better, always open to your thoughts and queries through the ‘Send Feedback’ feature within the app 🙏

In response to many requests, I’ve been dedicating a lot of time during March to add the ‘Templates’ feature to the Scheduler app. However, it seems like it’ll require more research than expected, so I’ll try to parallelize it with other updates for the time being 💪

Here’s what’s included in this update 🙌

📌 Update 1

Enhanced widget background colors to make schedules clearer. In dark mode, colors are darker, while in light mode, they’re brighter. This improves contrast, enabling better readability even without enlarging text sizes. I hope this helps users who prefer larger text sizes 🙇‍♂️

📌 Update 2

Many users have requested the ‘Widget Background Color Setting’ feature, which allows you to set ‘pure black’ in dark mode and ‘pure white’ in light mode. You can access this feature through the ‘Edit Widget’ button that appears when long-pressing the widget. I have attached an image for your reference below 🌠

📌 Update 3

Resolved the issue where ‘Today’s Date’ appeared selected in duplicate across months in the 2-month calendar widget.

📌 Guide 📣

I’m working on creating a Scheduler app guide webpage, covering topics like creating family-shared calendars. I’ll update you once the webpage is ready 📮

Wishing you a delightful day 🌷✨
